All of our orders with Hunter Douglas are now placed online, speeding delivery, eliminating errors and saving paper. In fact, we actually placed the one-millionth custom window treatment order on the Hunter Douglas Direct Connect Online Ordering System on May 23, 2007.

Below is a picture of Paul Fergen, General Manager of Hunter Douglas Northwest, presenting a gift of cheese and wine to Kurt and Claudia Evers, owners of The Blind Alley, to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of The Blind Alley. Paul and Kurt worked together at Custom Bilt Products (now Hunter Douglas Northwest) in the seventies and eighties, and we were all honored by the presentation.

By the way, the cheese was great, but the wine was even better. The wine labels had our 25th Anniversary logo on some of the bottles and an image of the first order (above) that we placed with Custom Bilt in 1984.
